No Time Wasting
Time is the issue, so we will send you quick easy forms that you will sign, fill out and send back so that when you come for your 1-2-1 we can start straight away.
The forms:
- Music: Tell us what floats your boat
- Health: Medical forms so that we know you are able to exercise, also if you have injuries we can take this into account when we build your program
- Body form: Areas of the body you want to change and what you want them to look like
- Exercise: What forms of exercise you like/hate, good at/bad at
- Time: What is your routine, what does your job entail, how much time can you allow to train?
- Location: Your Chikibeach Program can be tailored to any location - your home, the local park or gym.
- Food: What you like to eat, where you like to eat.
1-2-1 Session
This is where you will:
- Learn how to do the exercises to your favourite tunes.
- Be given a break down of your goal into manageable bite size chunks that will be broken down into stages and indicated by a colour band that you will wear and change when you reach your next stage.
- Handed tools such as the Chikibeach Program, playlists, digital podcast (if you forget some moves), Chikibeach Buddies, mats, training gear
While you are doing the Chikibeach Workout:
- You are not left alone
- You will be given daily reminders and encouragement
- Chikibeach Camps: Extra sessions which are available where you meet other members chikibeach and train together
- A Chikibeach Buddy: I can introduce you to someone new who will be on the same journey, where you both offer encouragement to each other.
Next Stage
When you have achieved the first stage of your goal , you will be given a new program. Think of your Chikibeach Program like a computer game, every level you complete you go to the next level until you reach your goal. Each level needs a new challenge, which means you need a new program. With every new program you will be told how to do the new routine and then you go off to complete the next level of your fitness goal.
Chikibeach is different to anything else
As it is new and just for you. The workout out is completely structured to your unique needs, your goal, your dream. We don't just concentrate on the exercise but the whole chabang, what you eat, meeting new people, giving you the support to get to the next stage. It's motivating and challenging!
